Fuzzy Yellow Balls
США
Добавлен 27 сен 2007
Welcome to FuzzyYellowBalls.com's RUclips channel! We teach tennis on the internet using video. Our video tennis lessons are distinct because we use a greenscreen -- the thing the weatherman stands in front of. But instead of the weather we've got someone hitting a tennis ball! Also, all of our newest lessons are in high definition.
We also have an extensive stroke library -- clips of the top professionals on the tennis tour hitting forehands, backhands, serves, etc. We have two types of clips: 1) high-definition hitting videos and 2) slow-motion hitting videos. These were shot at the 2009 BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, CA (www.bnpparibasopen.org). Big thanks to them for letting us film the top tennis pros!

How to fake and poach at the same time in doubles
When it comes to doubles strategy, typically you either fake, or you poach, but not both. However, there's a way you can actually do both at the same time, and it has the added benefit that it's an analytically-sound strategy. It's supported by the stats from the pro tennis tour.

5 Strategies To Beat A Pusher
Просмотров 6 тыс.Месяц назад
Pushers use a strategy called "Trench Warfare," where they stand way behind the baseline so they can run everything down and moonball you to death. There are 5 strategies you can use to prevent a Pusher from using "Trench Warfare" - Strategy #1 - Serve 1 approach Strategy #2 - Return & volley Strategy #3 - Climbing the ladder Strategy #4 - Serve 1 drop shot (Alcaraz uses this one) Strategy #5 -...
Federer has Djokovic trapped!
Просмотров 12 тыс.Месяц назад
Roger Federer's favorite play is called "The Swiss Watch." The play starts when Federer hits a backhand slice cross court to pull Djokovic forward. From here, it's difficult for Djokovic to attack down the line, you've got the higher part of the net and smaller part of the court to hit into. So Djokovic is going to play back cross court, and Federer is anticipating this, so he's able to move ar...
This strategy makes serve and volleyers lose their mind
Просмотров 4,9 тыс.Месяц назад
So here's a strategy for when you're playing a serve and volleyer. It's a play called "The Lleyton," named after Lleyton Hewitt, one of the greatest returners of all time. Patrick Rafter was one of the greatest serve and volleyers ever, and he said Hewitt was the toughest returner he faced. He described "The Lleyton" as a two shot sequence - first one at your feet, second one passes you. Here's...
This tweak makes sharp angle volleys easy

Check out "VolleyRx" here: bit.ly/4a3AlNT The sharp angle volley is typically thought of as a "higher level shot"... But with this tip from Gigi Fernandez (who won 17 Grand Slam Doubles Titles!), it might not be, like it might be easier than you think... Because it just takes a small adjustment to your racket position.
How to "steer" your poach with your shoulders
Просмотров 2,5 тыс.Месяц назад
Check out "VolleyRx" here: bit.ly/44rC2Ug So a big "no no" when you're poaching is to hit the ball back where it came from, because no you're on the same side of the court as your partner, but you've sent the ball right back to the person who hit it... So they can just roll the ball down the line into the open court. Controlling the direction of the ball is critical for the poach, and in this v...
My new favorite volley tip

Check out "VolleyRx" here: bit.ly/3Wwq3CP So this is a volley tip from Gigi Fernandez. When I saw this tip, I was like, "OK, this is my new favorite volley tip"... Because it prevents you from hacking down on high volleys and dumping them in the net, or popping up low volleys and giving your opponents an easy put-away.

i call this bullshit its obvious the 1st shot one short because the timing was not on point and so is the second shot
good luck trying that on clay vs the King of Clay
Lies, all lies. Federal actually used the swiss knife on this set, gave Djokovic multiple punctures which he couldn't recover from😂😂😂
This guy is so unemployed
less than 1/2 the time ... because Cole won the H2H
there's no way he could think of all that in the milliseconds he had to hit every shot
Djoko is the best🗿🐐
this is second analysis I watch from this gay and now I pretty sure that dude has paranoia :)
Sinner is better, but cmon, we needed the sinner alcaraz finale this tournament and they decided to give the easiest draw imaginable to novak
If you want to hit more winners DO NOT SUBSCRIBE remember you have only one life ! 😂
BS analysis , Djokovic is the absolute GOAT, Serbian watch ... if you want...
Honestly no real player can even claim they can execute any of this fictional analysis 😂
Had no idea there was actual strategy in tennis
Federer after smoking Djokovic all match and making him look average when it comes up to match point: ‘I shall now proceed to lose this match’
This Swiss watch stopped working many times vs the Serbian I think 😂
The way he butchers Novak's name is an aural crime
Where do you get the stats from? Do you make them up?
Sinner 🔥🔥🔥 Like both but think Sinner will accomplish more✅
1) this was not intentional. No way. 2) Even if it was - how is this beneficial? I mean who is this channel even for? You act like tennis is a video game where you can perfectly control length, angle and width? Not even the pros can do that, let alone recreational players??? Stick to the basics! I promise you, you start thinking “oh, instead of hitting a winner down the line I’ll play a slow shot, to force my opponent into a squash shot so I can move over to my forehand and hit with angle” and you’ll get humbled very very quick
The fact is Roger broke his body with Novak's play
Federer all the way. Novak is an extremely precise (boring) robot, and Federer is an elegant magician.
This man has never played tennis for sure
Hes just telling us what happened in the match 😂
❤federer 😊
Sinner
Soooo.....try to drop the ball at the attackers feet? GENIUS! WHEN DID YOU DISCOVER THIS??
The best is Alcaraz. 🇪🇸🎾
Zverev
Guess who won😂
now i realise how hard tennis is
Do they know this?
The fact is not.on purpose doesn't change the insight, but I can see the issue in the comments. Maybe explain in terms of what happened instead of assuming they meant everything
I need this for every move ever designed.
I agree with every thing except the “inside in” term. Dont think that’s a thing. It would rather be “inside out forhand” from that position or “down the line forhand” from that position. For that reason I score you a 9.
jesus now there's a fucking ad on my screen.
You gonna buy?
Aaaa yes the classic “Swiss watch”
Close to 50 and just realized there’s strategies to this. Thank you..
Toblerone
I still think Federer is the goat but Novak has done enough to challenge him for that title. Nadal also deserves to be part of the convo
2 greats
Alcarz is better
Thanks for that breakdown I totally couldn’t see the play happening in front of my eyes
Great explanation but you’re pronouncing his name wrong - it’s not ‘joke’ it’s ‘jock’
I honestly thought tennis was just hitting the ball until you realised someone wasn't in the right spot haha. I never knew there was certain shots to set up hahah
I strongly believe you have never played tennis!!
Asss pull bs 🤣. Even iam an expert on replays 😊
The game is so different when a) they “choose” where the ball lands and aren’t just trying to hit it deep but in ; and b) when you expect as standard that your opponent will get the ball back to what club players would consider a winner.
SINNER FORZA!!!
